Professional Experience

Christie Foppiano brings extensive civil litigation experience to her mediation practice. From 1995 to 2006, she was in private practice, where she handled a wide variety of civil cases. Christie also has nonprofit experience from her service as General Counsel and HUD Director of a mental health organization. In that capacity, she had the opportunity to represent her organization in litigation, negotiate commercial lease agreements, and work with State and Federal Agencies in ensuring regulatory compliance.
